xCloud is coming to Australia in 2021.

Microsoft's xCloud game streaming service will launch in Australia as early as "early 2021," Xbox head Phil Spencer has confirmed. Currently offered as part of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, the service launched last week in North America, Europe, and South Korea.

Spencer confirmed the news via YouTuber Skill Up on Twitter. When asked about the rollout in Australia, Spencer said, "It should be in early 2021, and we are currently doing internal testing with a local team in Australia."

At this stage, Microsoft may be the first cloud gaming service available in Australia; Google Stadia, like GeForce Now, has no confirmed release window and is still no Show.

xCloud is only available for Android at this time, as Apple's iOS store policies are too restrictive for Microsoft's liking. At the moment, the streaming service currently hosts over 150 games.
