General
New Yakuza will be announced on Sunday.

"Yakuza 7: Ryu Ga Gotoku" will finally be released on November 13. The latest installment in the series will feature a new protagonist, a new turn-based combat system, and additional locations set outside of Kamurocho.

Unfortunately, however, "Yakuza 7" will inevitably end. According to the co-hosts of this weekend's Sega Atlas Broadcast as part of Tokyo Game Show 2020, the new game will be announced during that live stream.

The live stream will begin on YouTube on September 27 at 8 p.m. Japan time (4 a.m. Pacific Standard Time / 7 a.m. Eastern Standard Time / 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time / 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time). Thank you, Gematsu.

For those of you who are patiently waiting for Yakuza 7 to launch, and for those of you who have yet to see the Japanese play video beforehand (guilty as charged), Wes has introduced some of the new things you will be able to do in Yakuza 7. It's nice to be able to shoot people with a compact disc.
