Once upon a time, there was a converter application that could transfer the "Crusader Kings 2" game to "Europa Universalis 4". Would you like to do the same with the newly released and very nice game "Crusader Kings 3"? Of course you would. And now, thanks to the modders (we commend their names), you can do it: you can play through almost 1000 years of history, from the 867 start of "Crusader Kings 3" to the 1821 end of "Europa Universalis 4".

You could also, if you were so inclined, convert the game to Victoria 2 and play it, then convert it to Hearts of Iron 4. But if you don't rule the whole world by 1948 I will be terribly disappointed in you. The converter mod can be found in the Steam workshop. It is still in development, but works quite well.

CK3 to EU4 Converter is an application that converts CK3 games into mods for EU4 with various dark magic; it can convert games before 1444, the start date of EU4, but you have to wait a bit to colonize and develop technology. Otherwise, culture, religion, rulers, advisors, etc. will be preserved. There is also an indicator for converting CK3 buildings to EU4 local development points.
