Baldur's Gate 3, the first act released in Early Access, has some pretty tricky quests in its journal, the toughest of which are hidden far from the goblin camps and underdark. Larian secretly noted this in the EULA.

This is probably news only to those who have not yet played "Baldur's Gate 3," as it is natural to read the EULA cover to cover. Larian added this to the end of the contract--again, something everyone who has played has read--with the threat of losing fame and fortune if they fail.

Read this:

Upon acceptance of this agreement, you will undertake an additional quest and submit to Larian one recording of a chant, song, text, poem, or interpretive dance you have performed.

If you refuse to undertake and complete this quest within the first three winters after accepting this pact, you will lose any subsequent fame, wealth, and/or infamy as a founding member of my great genius guild.

You hereby grant Larian Studios a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to share said recordings through Larian Studios' social media channels.

This is really a quest suited to bards, though I think it's the closest class of analogue for someone writing about video games. I would bet my money on forfeit.

After a screenshot of the EULA was shared on Reddit by ViviFFIX, it was noted that this juxtaposition of in-game fiction and legal agreement also appears in tabletop games. For example, my D&D 5e rulebook has a disclaimer that "Wizards of the Coast is not responsible for the consequences of failed saving throws, including but not limited to petrification, poison, death magic, dragon breath, spells, and Vorpal sword decimation." Larian has written several others into the EULA, including a clause that states that he will not deal with fey, infernal, or eldritch creatures. This is another general advice.
