If you haven't ditched "Borderlands 3" yet, you'll soon have an excuse to shoot and loot your way through the galaxy. Next month, Season Pass 2 will be released, offering a different kind of add-on to the story-driven DLC like Psycho Krieg and Fantastic Faster Crack.
First up is the designer's cut, which gives each character an additional skill tree and introduces a new "Arms Race" mode.
The Designer's Cut will be available when the pass goes on sale on November 10, while the Director's Cut will be available next spring. Details of these are still unknown, but one might guess from the titles that there will be some tweaks to the base game and possibly some things left uncut; new looks for the four characters will also be included in the pass.
To be the first to check out the new elements, you can check out Amara and FL4K's new skill trees on the Borderlands Twitch channel on October 20 at 5 p.m. BST/9 a.m. PDT; on October 22, you can watch Moze and Zane's new skills in action The quartet of skill tree reveals will be completed when you can see them in action. Meanwhile, Arms Race will premiere on October 29, followed by the first live demo on October 30. The skill trees will also be available on each character's page on the Borderlands 3 website.
