Halloween has arrived at the Humble store, in the form of the Humble Halloween Sale, with scary and not-so-scary games on sale for up to 90 percent off.

What I found a bit interesting about this sale is that "Fear 2: Project Origin" and "Fear 3" are each on sale for 75 percent off, but the original "Fear" is so far head and shoulders above the rest, frankly, that it is unfair to consider them part of the same series!

But fear not!

But have no fear, the original "Fear 3" is a complete set, with all the original films sold in the same series! (The "Fear Complete Pack" is also on sale for 80% off, so you can get all three films for $1 more than "Fear" alone. (Fear 2 is a very good shooter, but it just suffers in comparison.)

Anyway, some other thoughts on what to put your money into:

Publisher sales from 2K Sports, Fatshark, Curve Digital and, strategy sales (like a sale within a sale). And as always, a portion of all sales will go to support the charity of your choice. The Humble Halloween Sale will run through November 1.
