Baldur's Gate 3 Update Reveals "Most Romantic" NPC

Larian Studios, the developer of Baldur's Gate 3, stated in its last update that the human wizard Gale is the most murdered NPC in the game, with a "party member kill rate" four times higher than any other NPC in the game. But apparently he also stirs other kinds of passions, as Larian said in today's update that he is also the most "romantic" member of the party.

Gail has been romanced by 33 percent of players so far, followed closely by Shadowheart at 31 percent. Only 1.37 percent of players have chosen to sleep alone, an interesting result that reflects the fact that virtual boot knocking has become an almost obligatory component of RPGs. Larian is withholding other statistics for now, stating that "it would be interesting to try and guess," but also hinting that the "stan meme" does not reflect the actual data.

Other data includes some that are slightly spoilerific, so those sensitive to such things should look away:

The last two points relate to major choices in the early chapters of "Baldur's Gate 3," which I won't go into specifics about, but I am wondering which way to go For those who do, Larian states that the results show that "good outweighs evil."

The new patch for Baldur's Gate 3 will include numerous "cinematic tweaks," ranging from fixes to the addition of new content. Here are a few examples:

I gave him a little help because his neck was starting to turn and he definitely didn't have health insurance.

As many of you know, Early Access content can sometimes play for over 100 hours (wow!) . In this case, it's the cinematic that's gone. Where there was once darkness, there is now light!

One song was also "reshot" by the cinematics team. Was it necessary?

An update is now available, which includes:
