Phasmophobia allows dead players to throw things, and a prison level also appears.
[The idea is that a player who is killed by a ghost can mess around with his or her still-living friends. In my experience, it is relatively rare for a player to die in this game, but if they do, they spend the rest of the round in a blue "limbo" where they can see the ghost and other players. Until this patch, I could basically listen in, but not much else.

The update notes, as usual, are to the point: "Dead players can now grab objects other than equipment."

Phasmophobia's levels are filled with stuffed animals, cushions, cans, plates, and dozens of other household items. What is interesting about this is that by the time a player is killed, the team almost certainly knows where the ghost is. In other words, instead of the ghost victim leading the team to where the ghost is, the ghost victim is turning things over next to his frightened friends for a laugh.

I attempted the test of throwing things as a dead player, but instead the ghost killed my mate and shoved his head through the door. Other players had more luck throwing things in the afterlife.

The screenshot above is from Phasmophobia's Trello board, which reveals the roadmap for game development. The prison map has been in the backlog since March, long before the early access release, and is currently being announced as "in progress". I can exclusively reveal that when developer Dknighter is asked about the timeframe for something like this, he always responds the same way, "when it's ready."

This tweet statement seems to be a reference to the fried E meme. This is quite meta, but in summary it means "This is going to be a weird af."
