Less than two months after finally confirming the reason for his permanent ban from Twitch - “inappropriate” text messages with a minor - Guy Beahm, known to gamers as Dr Disrespect, has announced his comeback.

“Vacation is too good right now,” Beahm tweeted. 'But I'll be back soon. Lots to talk about. Ya ya ya ya ya."

He certainly has a lot to talk about, as a former Twitch employee has been banned from the platform after he sent inappropriate messages to a minor through the Twitch Whispers messaging system and attempted to arrange a meeting at TwitchCon. After sharing allegations that he had been banned, things quickly took a turn for the worse for Beahm: Midnight Society, the developer of Deadrop, the studio Beahm co-founded in 2021, fired him almost immediately, as did YouTube, 2K Games, and Turtle Beach, Many other partners, including the NFL, pulled the plug days after Beahm admitted the allegations were true.
