A modder calling himself Nerante at Nexus Mods has added one small, but very cool feature to various Naruto games.

For those of you who don't know, the Makendo Sharan Gan is a special ability that is unique to the Uchiha clan in Naruto. Only a limited number of shinobi possess this ability, and its effects vary from person to person. Itachi Uchiha is one of the few who possess this ability. This ability allows him to use Tsukuyomi, which distorts the victim's perception of time, with his left eye, and Amaterasu, which is essentially an unquenchable flame, with his right eye. These are the strongest abilities in the series and are so powerful that in the manga the character had to be killed by a mysterious disease.

"This mod changes Bando's eyes with his father's [Fugaku Uchiha] Magagami Sharan Gan," says the description of all previous mods. So far, five games have this mod: Naruto Shippuden Narutimet Ninja Storm 2 and 4, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, Naruto Naruto x Boruto - Ultimate Ninja Storm Connection.

So, aside from looking cool, I'm a little confused as to why this mod exists. Because weasels definitely don't need to be buffed. But that doesn't mean this mod shouldn't exist.

Also, it is not actually confirmed in the manga that Fugaku Uchiha has Man-Gen-Kei Sharingan, it is only mentioned very early in an anime-only scene. What his ability is is shrouded in mystery, although some believe that it allows Fugaku to predict the future of various choices he makes.

A YouTube video linked to by Nergiante on most of the modification pages shows a fight between a modified Itachi and Delta. Not much has changed, such as Bando's use of the mooncall or his teleportation around the arena using a flock of crows during the fight. I could not get a good look at his eyes to see if they really resemble his father's, but during Bando's final technique, his eyes seem to revert back to their original Manyen Sharan Gan, possibly because it is part of the animation of the finishing move.

Fortunately, the use of this mod is not complicated enough to understand why it exists; erante says in the installation, "Put the data_win32 folder in the game directory, which is the same folder that you put in your game directory. So if you have ever wondered what it would be like to have Bando have your father's eyes, this is a good time to check it out.
