A somewhat unusual feature of XDefiant is the lack of skill-based matchmaking in casual playlists (except for 1 introductory playlist). That said, unlike many of the other competitive multiplayer games of today, the new free-to-play shooter will not try to put you in a match with equally skilled players unless ranked, so you can face a full spectrum of skill levels, from beginners to MLG pro types. You need to do it.

Next, if you always feel that you are the least skilled player in the game, you could be 1 of the less skilled players overall.

XDefiant Executive Producer Mark Rubin didn't say much directly, but made a point when he answered "This!" According to a comment from YouTuber Xclusive Ace, x says, "If you literally can't find an easy enemy, that's just an indication that there's plenty of room for improvement.""

It is possible to have a winning streak of bad matchmaking luck in XDefiant — for example, by repeatedly facing players grouped in randos' team — but Rubin is not (Xclusive Ace)., Or other hidden gear designed to make certain people do well and make others feel bad.

"It's about the stupidest thing I've ever heard," the producer told one player who accused xdefiant of putting "some sort of script" in it.

I like Rubin not validating all the feelings and criticisms directed at him and XDefiant. He thinks the map spawn is good, but not bad.; I don't really have an opinion about spawn, it just seems like a good sign when the game leads are willing to express strong feelings about what doesn't work, rather than issuing a blanket "we're listening" statement in response to every criticism. At the same time that he admits valid complaints about XDefiant, Rubin is immediately complaining about the players.

As for the great SBMM debate, the boring answer can feel like an impossible thing to talk about, which is not universally good or bad, perhaps because it has the advantages and disadvantages that rely on the game, but because it's hard to tell the difference between complaints about really bad things. Matchmaking Hula

I definitely had a bad enough time in a shooter where I was coming up with my own theory — it's very depressed when it suddenly feels like all your opponents are John Wick — but it's not that SBMM still can hardly get around it. It is interesting that in the game managed to take the heat.

I've never matched myself with an easy opponent, but that certainly means nothing about my skill level — I enjoyed xdefiant, and

I've always been a fan of xdefiant.
