We encountered a bug that, at some point, gives something that feels like endless gas after spending time around a small child or eating a dangerous kebab, and one Helldivers2 player had a much more extreme spill experience while fighting Terminid scourge.

The player posted a video on the Helldivers subreddit displaying an unfortunate incident, going by the awesome Reddit name Unexpected Roundhouse. The Roundhouse was minutes into the "launch ICBM" mission when it called for a "orbital gas strike" stratagem about bug violations.

Typically, this stratagem drops a single shell of toxic green gas onto a painted target, choking the enemies of democracy managed by the deadly pea soup miasma, and that's not what happened here. Instead, some mysterious bug infects the orbiting dropship cannons of the roundhouse, sending endless torrents of gas shells to the ground like a jackhammer.

This video has created quite a spectacle. The gaseous barrage is so ferocious that the game camera starts shaking violently as the closer cadet roundhouse approaches. The noise of strikes is equally abhorrent (or should it be "offended"?).As fellow Reddit user Bearfoxman pointed out: "It's about the sound I was expecting from someone with endless gas.

Sadly, the stratospheric flatulence game did not end well for the Roundhouse. It's not like they can just pop a couple of imodium capsules into the loading chamber of an orbital ship and wait for the barrage to subside. Unable to stop the flow, the roundhouse marched directly below the incessantly shelled shells and was immediately gassed.

This is far from the only strange situation that occurs in Helldivers2, but it usually derives from the system of the game, not from bugs like this. Other recent examples include one player who was able to kill the Bile Titan by accidentally throwing the body of the charger's Termid.
