Microsoft will demonstrate how AI, the well-known "accurate", can help players figure out what to build in Minecraft
During Microsoft's Surface and AI event, the company outlined the future of Windows, Surface AI Pcs, and new Microsoft Copilot AI features. Of course, they did this through the classy medium of Minecraft Let's Play.

You can't see the stream from the actual showcase itself, but you can see a small clip posted by the participants on Twitter. It's only 20 seconds long, but the co-pilot software explained to the player how to make a sword, discussed the necessary items and how it is used.

"We will need some material," the co-pilot says during the presentation. You can open your inventory just by pressing E on the keyboard. After asking if the player has what he needs to make a sword, the co-pilot just answers: "Let's see, you can use a full wood, stone, iron, gold, or diamond on the handle of the sword.""

So, remember that the video ends very suddenly, but my first thought after watching it is, what about the Sword of Netherlight?"Netherlight was added to Minecraft during the Nether update in 2020 and was able to make armor and tools quickly, so I think Copilot will be able to make armor and tools for 4 years. It is not very encouraging that, despite its existence, it was not possible to pick it up as a potential material for the sword.

It's also a rather strange use of Copilot, given that Minecraft already has an inbuilt search tool that looks better than this AI version. After placing and using the craft table, you will see the option to open the recipe book and see all the different furniture, blocks and tools that you can create. If you do not have the right resources for something, it will have a red border around the said item. To find what you need, just click on the desired block or tool, how to build it with a recipe and a 3x3 craft table box That is fast, efficient and something I have used over and over again to help make ambiguous items without any problems.

Well, there are several ways this tool can help accessibility, especially if you take audible information better than visible information, but I can't help but see this as yet another use of AI that no one is asking for. Some players agree with this sentiment.

"In-game AI for learning games or playing games feels a bit weird," one player replies to a video shared on Twitter. "It may be useful when users are lost or have no clue why they are playing.Others pointed out that AI isn't famous for its accuracy — recently asking users

to see what else a Microsoft co-pilot has, especially in the gaming arena, such as google's AI drinking urine ("pale in color") to help pass kidney stones. In my crafttable recipe book
