If you were a medieval sheep farmer, you'd probably discover a new sheep that magically appears in your field every time you turn around Wool weeks, right' around the time you oversaturated the market to the point where wool was essentially worthless, you now fully proliferate rapidly

That's one of the problems with Early Access City Builder Manor Rose: exponential sheep spawning and no way to stop it, but rather the baaaaaad sheep-to-citizen ratio, which makes the farm considerably manageable and prevents the wool market from cratering completely.

This is just one of the many fixes in the patch 1 and is being commissioning on the new Manor Lords experimental branch before shipping to the main game. According to the patch note, it was possible to "hire 6 militia squads even if they already employ squires and mercenaries" and "the trade has undergone a lot of modifications and on foot traders can now carry 5 items per trip."Another interesting change to check out: Players now have the ability to "ban the setting of stalls in the market for certain families and workplaces.""This was a problem because some citizens would spend most of their time at market stalls selling home-grown vegetables, rather than doing real work.

There is much more to the patch, such as changing fields and harvests, bartering and trading, and construction. If you want to check out a new patch for yourself, there are a few simple steps you'll need to complete first — and keep in mind, this patch is currently only available in the Steam version of Manor Rose and not the PC Game Pass version. 

To join the Manor Lords experimental branch, follow these steps:

First, back up your saved game. You can find them here:C:\Users \*Username*\AppData\Local\ManorLords\Saved\SaveGames

Then you can close that window

. The game will start updating to the experimental version.
