GOG got a lot of SNK games.

You may be sitting at your desk thinking, "Oh, I wish I could play Ninja Masters again: I wish I could play Haoh Ninpocho again," or "I wish they'd bring Top Hunter to the PC already: I wish they'd bring Roddy & Cassie to the PC already. No, maybe some of you are thinking that: GOG has added SNK's games to the platform and they are on sale along with the rest of SNK's catalog.

Now, to be fair, it's not just obscure games that have made an appearance. The King of Fighters '97 (Global Match) and The King of Fighters 2003 have been added, as well as Samurai Shodown 4: Revenge of the Sky, Overtop, and Metal Slug 4. Like most of the games currently on sale, these can be purchased now for less than $5.

You can get the new KOF games for $2.99 to $8.99, and the original Metal Slug is now only $1.99. If you like sports games, Soccer Brawl and Super Sidekicks are $4.79 and Baseball Stars 2 is $1.79.

If you're looking for a bargain, the SNK 40th Anniversary Collection is currently on sale for 80% off, reduced from $29.99 to just $5.99. According to GOG's description, this is "the ultimate collection of classic arcade games from SNK's golden era, with 24 nostalgic games dating back to the 1980s. It contains 24 nostalgic titles dating back to the 1980s." If, as Lauren and I discussed on last week's episode of the PC Gamer Chat Log podcast, you're looking for a little throwback to your favorite games from your childhood, you'll do well to buy it.

If you've already played SNK and just want to know what the developer's latest additions to GOG are, here's a total of 24 that just landed:
