Cyberpunk 2077 Quest Leader Says He Hasn't Found All the Easter Eggs Yet

In an interview with IGN at the Game Developers Conference, Paweł Sasko, associate game director at CD Projekt, said that if you want to find all the secrets of Cyberpunk 2077, you still need to do a little research He revealed.

Referring to an article he had recently seen listing the game's secrets, Sasko said, "There was a long list, but not all of them." He acknowledged that some of the secrets he thought might have been discovered but not disseminated.

His point is interesting. Even as discussions about video games flourish on social media, there are still secrets that leak through the cracks. If I had gotten my hands on Elden's ring before the Internet was around ......" Individual players could have gone years without discovering the Dang Eater quest line or the three fingers in the basement of Reindel.

However, we do not know if the infamous FF:06:B5 conspiracy of cyberpunk could have been solved without a dedicated subreddit (if indeed it could have been). While it remains to be seen if everything surrounding the mysterious code that has haunted Cyberpunk 2077 since its release has been solved, avid players will be able to find a mysterious side story about a master hacker and an in-game Wolfenstein 3D parody about Johnny Silverhand, otherworldly shenanigans that may be related to the Witcher Saga, and more.

The Phantom Liberty pay phone, however, is one sure area where players have not discovered everything: Sasko confirmed to IGN that there are still codes left that we have yet to punch in and call.

I also had the opportunity to interview Sasko at this year's GDC. The developer shared the secrets of how good Cyberpunk quests were, why early access like Larian might not work for CDPR, one of the biggest design lessons the team took from Cyberpunk, and how the excruciating choices at the heart of Phantom Liberty He talked about how he created the unbearable choices at the heart of Phantom Liberty.
