'Automaton Front Needs Reinforcements': 'Helldiver 2' Players Need Help on a Planet Threatened by Bots, but No One Will Give Them a Hand

The western front in Helldivers 2 is looking desperate. Some players have been recruiting soldiers to raid Mantes and prevent the breakout of the Zar Sector, but their calls for assistance have not been answered.

Currently, the main command of Helldivers 2 is sending soldiers to Zagon Prime and Foli Prime to fight the Terminoid hordes. However, as the fighting on these planets subsides, some are turning their attention to the planet Mantes in the Zar Sector, which is under constant threat from automaton forces. 'The automaton front needs reinforcements. 'Redeploy to Mantes and save the Zar Sector.'

Several players on Reddit noted that it is also quite likely that Mantes will be involved in the next major group of orders. In other words, addressing this issue now will facilitate further combat in the future. The bots have finished assembling their forces," Managed-Democracy said in a Reddit thread. 'We expect to disperse our forces in an all-out assault on multiple sectors. Then we will launch a spearhead attack on Cyberstan."

The group also said that it would "launch a full-scale attack on the city of Manteca.

With less than 17 hours to go before the defense of Mantes, there are predictions of failure. However, given the planet's need for democracy, it is quite difficult to convince soldiers to fight automatons; Redditor Praise_the_Tsun seems to think it is simply because the playerbase does not like fighting robots: "75 I think we have consistently seen that more than % don't go to the robot front. I enjoy bugs more than bots, but in situations like Daley and today's Mantes, I jump to bots. But most divers don't seem to want to go to the bot front." They are not the only ones who think so.

A number of divers on this thread agree that fighting bots is a hassle. Reddit user Chimerathon wrote: "I used to like fighting bots more than bugs. Something is wrong with the bots that is making them unusually irritating, and I have no idea what it is."

If you're having a hard time confronting bots and are looking for a couple of tips, these simple suggestions by Shadow-Fang25 will hopefully help you. The rover should be of little use, block the enemy's view, and the biggest recommendation is simple communication: "Even if you don't have a microphone. If you don't have a microphone, use the in-game quick prompts. (Follow me, positive, approving smile, disapproving frown). And mark dangerous enemies."
