I don't want to die needlessly in a buggy hellscape; if I'm going to get killed over and over again in Helldivers 2, I might as well get a large supply of medals. However, one of the biggest sources of such rewards is not exactly coming in, as the Daily Personal Order is not working.

These Daily Challenges have been a bit erratic since launch for many Helldivers, with countless reports of medals not being handed out upon completion, not updating, or simply not showing up at all. It's another casualty of the game's huge population and the resulting server problems. Late last month, however, the medals disappeared from everyone's sight.

Daily personal orders are of course not the only way to get medals, but they are one of the best ways to get medals in bulk. There is nothing more fun than completing a mission after earning a few medals, realizing that you have also completed the challenge, and then earning another 15 medals. Shopping time! [Honestly, as much as I love this game, I've been playing less and less lately because these dailies used to motivate me to check in every day. Sorry, Helldiver2, I'm a mercenary, not a patriot.

The good news is that the medal drought is almost over. A Discord announcement posted earlier today says, "Starting tomorrow at 09:00 CET, daily orders will be back online." There are 16 hours left to take out 100 enemies in the Eagle airstrike. Harvey, a Hell Diver 2 enthusiast, confirmed that he has the same thing, and from the Discord, it looks like we're not alone. However, it may not work for everyone, and the current one may still be a bit buggy, so we may want to wait until tomorrow.

So, it's 8:00 a.m. JST/3:00 a.m. EST/0:00 a.m. EST. Go get your medals, hell-divers!
