It's a wonder I don't go gray!" : The Satisfactory community celebrated its 5th birthday with a grand tournament.

Satisfactory's 5th anniversary is just a few days away. To celebrate, the community has decided to organize a tournament. Everyone is welcome to participate, including developers.

The tournament will include special versions of the Satlympics with teams from the Netherlands, France, Germany, USA, UK and Coffee Stain Studios. The event will feature three games: an extreme version of parkour, a game of solving complex puzzles to build radar towers (and parachuting from the towers), and a game of duplicating QR codes (the first team to successfully scan the code wins).

Community member and organizer Barry, who spoke to "NME" about the event, described how fun it is for some of the developers to participate: "It's a great bonding experience for the Coffee Stein and Satisfactory communities.

But it's not all sunshine and rainbows. While this event looks great, there have been many hardships: "It's a wonder I haven't gone gray, Barry says, "I'm not sure I'm going to make it. After all, the 5th anniversary and the 1.0 release scheduled for later this year are important milestones. With this in mind, Barry decided to offer several different feeds for viewers to enjoy watching, which is no easy task." In the past, we have had major memory and CPU issues, causing the stream to stop at the end of the show." [Snat Treptow, community manager at Coffee Stain Studios, told NME. I don't think we can do justice to the charm and wholesomeness that comes from something so spontaneously organized by members of our community." But he also reassured players that Coffee Stain has always been open to fostering this type of event and supporting the community.

The tournament will begin on March 16 at 6 am PDT/9 am EDT/3 pm CET/2 pm GMT and can be viewed on Satisfactory Events' Twitch channel.
