Suicide Squad: Take down the Justice League" final system requirement requires SSD, but otherwise fairly light

Rocksteady has released the final PC system requirements for the soon-to-be-released Suicide Squad: pretty lightweight overall, but if you haven't upgraded to an SSD yet, now might be the time. [It's not as surprising as it used to be that an SSD is required even with the lowest specs; SSDs are ubiquitous these days, and frankly, you can probably play Suicide Squad on a standard HDD as long as you don't mind long load waits and the occasional mid-game glitch.

On the other hand, the performance gains are substantial (trust me, once you've used an SSD, you'll never go back), and modern SSDs are big and cheap enough to upgrade easily.

(Also note that "probably still manageable" is by no means the official policy of Rocksteady or PC Gamer, nor is it born of personal experience. It's like bombing down a snowy road in an old Honda Civic.)

Anyway, about the numbers:

One thing that bothers me is that Rocksteady's specs don't say how much SSD space "Suicide Squad" requires; the Steam page says it consumes 65GB, and the page requirements are consistent with Rocksteady's tweet, so it should be accurate, but I checked just to be sure.

In case anyone is interested, Suicide Squad is not currently verified on Steam Deck: some people on Reddit said they tried playing Suicide Squad on Steam Deck during Suicide Squad's beta testing and had no problems. However, as with my HDD observations, it's best to wait for the official announcement to be sure.

Suicide Squad: Bring Down the Justice League is scheduled for release on February 2.
