The sequel to Sean Murray's "No Man's Sky" was finally unveiled for the first time at last month's Game Awards. In the next installment, "Light No Fire," Hello Games is replacing an infinite number of procedural planets with a single world, but that one open world will be the size of an actual planet.

This is a big promise, and there is a lot of healthy skepticism about "Light No Fire." At the same time, there is plenty of genuine excitement (it's in the top 20 most wanted games on Steam) and no small amount of speculation about how an Earth-sized survival adventure will work. Aside from this trailer, there is still much we don't know about "Light No Fire". Players will be flying around an open world with dragons instead of spaceships.

In this void of information, with no release date or even a vague idea of when the game will be playable, fans are eager to get their hands on "Light No Fire" by drawing their own versions of the dragons. Lots of them.

In fact, the Light No Fire subreddit is currently hosting an unofficial dragon drawing contest. I think people are just excited about the game and looking for a way to express it. Here are a few dragon drawings that caught my eye:

While I enjoy all the dragon drawings, I am personally interested in a different kind of mount. Dragons are a bit, I don't know, standard in the fantasy world. I'm looking for something different when it comes to mounts. What caught my eye in the trailer was the glimpse of being able to ride giant birds as well:

So it's nice to see someone else in the community appreciating them.
