Not sure if Baldur's Gate 3 will bring back the famous Golden Pantaloons, but there will be some very nice Periwinkle Undergarments.

To get your Baldur's Gate 3 Twitch gear, you will need to log into your Larian account and link your Twitch account using the "Connected Accounts" menu option. You will then need to watch a total of two hours of Baldur's Gate 3 streams with Twitch Drops enabled between August 3 at 9:00 am PT and August 17 at 9:00 am PT.

You do not have to own Baldur's Gate 3 to earn gear: as long as you are linked to your Larian account, it will be waiting for you in your Twitch Drops inventory whenever you start playing. Otherwise, Drops expire after 7 days.

Larian states in the FAQ that camping clothes are available elsewhere in the game, but this special set is exclusive to Twitch Drops. The full set includes four items:

The Golden Pantaloons, for those who missed the original Baldur's Gate epic, are the pants that appear early in the first game. Carry these pants throughout the entire game, import them into Baldur's Gate 2 with your character, and bring them, along with the Silver Pantaloons from The Shadow of Amun and the Bronze Pantaloons from The Throne of Barr, to Kerrick the Smith in Amkhetran, where you will find the Big The metal unit is so huge that it can be worn as a suit of giant full-plate armor. It is so huge that some doorways are literally impossible to get through when wearing it.

By the way, I am 100% serious.

It is very unlikely that the same secret is hidden in the Periwinkle underwear (or any other item). On the other hand, I would not be at all surprised if Golden Pantaloons, or a close relative of them, appeared.
