Diablo 4's pre-season 1 patch has been released, with some major balance changes ahead of the first seasonal realm being added on Thursday and a new quest line and Malignant Hearts system after that campaign (sorry, Sorcerers! Sorry).

Along with these nerfs, buffs, and a big list of bug fixes, this patch adds some treats for players in any realm: six new uniques and seven new Legendary Aspects. We'll be updating our guide to getting all the unique items and best Legendary Aspects in Diablo 4 soon, but for now, we've pasted the raw list of new items and aspects below. The first unique item, Lycander's Ahavarion Spear, is one of the ultra-rare "uber-uniques" that players have been chasing.

"Good luck getting it back from the armies of burning hell," Blizzard wrote.

Developer's Note: Ahavarion Spear of Lycander is a very rare drop. Fingers crossed that it can be recovered from the Burning Hell army.
