PlayStation Players Buying "Diablo 4" Currency and Getting Around Invalid License Errors

Never has an online game launched so smoothly, maybe three times as smoothly for Diablo, given the legacy of its former companion, Error 37, and now that Diablo 4 is in Early Access for pre-orders, those of us playing on PCs are getting in and out, with five minutes here and there queue for a few minutes here and there, and we were able to join in almost effortlessly. Our PlayStation version friends, however, were not so lucky.

An unexpected error message that reads "No valid license for Diablo IV found" has prevented many players from enjoying the early access benefits.

Naturally, those who pre-ordered "Diablo IV" have a valid license and should be able to log in. Some players have managed to convince the PlayStation Network of this fact by adding $1.99 to Blizzard and making the in-game currency the smallest bundle available; as Azule says in a reply to Blizzard's forum, "Game Buy [sic] in-game currency and you can log in... Crazy!" . [This is obviously ridiculous. Fortunately, other players have found a way around this situation: by downloading a free game or demo like "Brawlhalla" or something from the PSN+ library, you can remind the console that you actually have a valid license, after all After all, you should be allowed to go into Sanctuary and beat around the Fallen.
