The annual "Tell Me Why" will be offered free of charge during Pride Month.

Tell Me Why, the award-winning narrative adventure from Dontnod Entertainment, creators of Life is Strange, is free throughout Pride Month. Once again.

This is the third year in a row that a Dontnod game has been given away for free in celebration of Pride. In fact, as we reported here last year, PCG alum Nat sounded the "Tell Me Why" bugle call in 2021, shortly after the first episode of the game was made permanently free.

As has been the case for the past two years, the deal includes all three episodes of the game and is available now through July 1. As explained on Tell Me Why's official Twitter account, Dontnot hopes the deal will allow players to trans s activities." As in previous years, please donate money to trans creators, your local trans-inclusive charities, and trans people in need."

Along with making the game free, Dontnod also announced that the game is now available for sale in several new regions. Tell Me Why is now available in Singapore on Xbox Game Pass, the Microsoft Store, and Steam, and in Ukraine on PC Game Pass and Steam. The team said that the versions available in these regions use existing languages and "no new localization options have been added."

Tell Me Why tells the story of Tyler Ronan, a transgender man who is reunited with his sister Allison in their Alaskan hometown to investigate their mother's death. The two can communicate telepathically, and PC Gamer reviewer Sam Greer feels that the game struggles to weave together domestic drama and supernatural elements. He stated, "There is some good stuff to salvage, but it feels fractured and broken nonetheless.

"Tell me Why" is available for free on Steam and the Microsoft Store and can be purchased on PC Game Pass. If you would like to donate to a charity, an extensive list of organizations can be found here.
