ROG Ally is available for purchase today. If the Steam deck did not arrive in your area, good news.

The first batch of ROG Ally handheld PCs ship today. For those who have already pre-ordered, this means that the month-long wait will be over, but for those who have not, it means the chance to actually purchase this racy AMD-powered handheld PC.

In most areas I have checked, these consoles are available for immediate purchase. Below are some links to retailers that may be helpful.

My Australian colleague Chris Szewczyk informed me that Valve has not yet officially sold them in Australia.

Not surprisingly, the first handheld console sold out in Australia through Asus' own stores. Don't worry, the second version will be available later this month.

If you're still on the fence about whether to actually head to the cash register with one of these, we recommend checking out our ROG Ally review; the ROG Ally impressed our Dave with its impressive gaming performance and excellent docking experience! We were impressed with the ROG Ally's performance and docking experience. However, its battery life is a bit short. But the ROG Ally has more power to enjoy 1080p on the go.
