Nvidia is aware of this issue and is working on a fix. However, there is no timeframe for when the issue might be resolved, so please stand firm.

I did not receive the GeForce Now password reset email earlier today, presumably as a result of this issue, but Dave James was unable to log into the game streaming service at all. If you are currently logged into the service, do not log out immediately.

Users have reported being unable to download drivers via the GeForce Experience app as a result of the email system outage, but the latest drivers for graphics cards can be downloaded manually from the Nvidia driver download page (opens in new tab) by It can be easily downloaded.

As one user noted in a reply to Nvidia's tweet, the problem also extends to accessing Nvidia's developer libraries and applications.

Nvidia has been criticized in the past for locking some of its driver features behind logins in GeForce Experience. Such issues preventing login may only strengthen calls for the application to be open. After all, the app has a number of attractive additional features, including game capture via ShadowPlay, Freestyle filters, and automatic game optimization.
