Vampire Survivors was released on mobile during the Game Awards pre-show. The game is free on both platforms, but has optional ads if you want to get extra gold or resurrections.

I've played a few rounds of the iOS version so far and it appears to be a full (or nearly full) version of the $5 Steam game that has always been popular throughout 2022.

Poncle proudly proclaims that this is a "100% free, authentic" version of Vampire Survivors for iOS, but there's one catch: you can optionally watch ads to revive it for free or earn extra gold.

You won't be surprised to hear that Vampire Survivors plays really well on a smartphone screen. All you need to do is drag your thumb in the direction you want to move. If you prefer, you can turn on the on-screen joystick or switch from the default portrait view to landscape. The density of enemies can be daunting, especially after 15-20 minutes of running.
