Troy Baker and Laura Bailey to Host 40th Annual Golden Joystick Awards

The 40th Annual Golden Joystick Awards will be hosted by actors Laura Bailey and Troy Baker (Abby and Joel from "The Last of Us" and numerous other titles, respectively). The awards ceremony will air on Tuesday, November 22 at 12 p.m. PST/3 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CST on Twitch, YouTube, and GamesRadar+. The awards are run by Future, the parent company of PC Gamer.

The Golden Joystick is the industry's longest running awards show, with the majority of awards determined by public vote. Voting is currently closed with over 3 million votes cast in 18 categories, and in addition to the awards, there will be guest appearances from across the gaming world, past winners, new trailers and announcements. Finally, to round out the entire event, a special video celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Golden Joystick Awards will be shown. [Laura Bailey and I will be hosting the Golden Joystick Awards this year, and the GJA Awards will recognize creators and performers who have had another stellar year in the gaming world. From indie developers to triple-AAA, the awards will be presented on November 22. Don't miss [four nominations, including Best Multiplayer Game and Best Visual Design, and developer From Software, Inc. is also nominated for Studio of the Year.
