MultiVersus is technically still in open beta, but it is one of those sensations where "beta" is not what it should be. Season 2 has begun, and the top hitter is everyone's favorite Martian, Marvin. Season 2 will also add a Game of Thrones map based on the throne room in King's Landing, with "Westeros-based hazards" and perhaps the chance to impale opponents on the Iron Throne.

Interestingly, the Martian Marvin was included in early leaks. In addition to the appearance of Marvin in hoplite, Season 2 features an all-new Battle Path. Developer Player First Games said, "We listened to your feedback and made sure there was no tier that didn't reward you. We also adjusted the number of points required to complete each tier to make the Battle Pass more engaging and rewarding."
