If you're looking for a Black Friday keyboard, the Razer Huntsman Elite (opens in new tab) is the way to go. It may not be the newest keyboard on the block, but it is a solid addition to any setup, and the good news is that the Razer Huntsman is now $99.51 on Amazon (opens in new tab). Considering the historical average price, though, the sale price is closer to a $50 discount. [The Huntsman Elite boasts Razer's proprietary optomechanical switches, which have almost no actuation delay. The switch mixes an optical sensor with a traditional mechanical switch design, which records key presses as the light rays travel down through the stem of the switch, rather than through contact with a metal leaf. [The Razer Huntsman Elite is surprisingly comfortable for both typing and gaming. It's not a cheap mechanical keyboard, and I was dubious when I took the plunge and bought one myself a few years ago. But fortunately, the keyboard has since served me well through my day job and all of the World of Warcraft expansions.

Of course, the Huntsman Elite comes with Razer's Chroma technology, so if customizable RGB lighting is your thing, you won't feel left out. It also boasts dedicated media keys and onboard storage, but the lack of USB pass-through may be a drawback.
