The new Skyrim high poly garlic mod has much more optimized vertices than the previous Skyrim high poly garlic mod.

Finally: a mod of a Skyrim mod. this game has major problems. Garlic bulbs with rough corners, poor texture, and bad color. It's a disgrace, modders have been trying to address this problem for a while now, and finally the real deal Garlic is here: a garlic mod.

Author: wskeever Garlic: A Garlic Mod supports the two types of garlic found in the Skyrim world. One is garlic placed on a plate and the other is garlic hanging in braids; Bethesda's garlic resembles an onion, colored yellow-orange and with pronounced ridges on its surface. [Did you really think these garlics would satisfy gamers? [This mod reworks all the elements of the garlic bulb. It retextures the surface of the garlic, smoothes the polygons, adds a new texture map to the braids, and colors the bulbs pinky white as they should be.

Witness the glory of garlic in this comparison video:

You'll want to know how delicious this garlic is; Wskeever really thinks of everything. They even make yet another vegetable. This has to be the best name in mod history: Skyrim leeks: high polygon leeks.

This garlic mod replaces the previous high polygon garlic mod, which was too high polygon and poorly optimized. This is not good. This garlic mod thoroughly optimizes the garlic vertices. The garlic bulb contains 232 vertices and 398 triangles, whereas the high poly project bulb contains 7913 vertices and 9125 triangles, and the garlic braid contains 1857 vertices/3184 triangles/1 draw call contains 70754 vertices/67872 triangles/4 draw calls.

Kudos to wskeever: you really optimized the garlic.

Skyrim mods have never been healthier, and there are a mountain of ambitious projects in the works. The scene has a rich history, and if you want to know where to start, here's a huge guide to the best Skyrim mods: you don't need Starfield, you just need a mod that's a little bit more ambitious than the one you're used to.
