The Aero 16 is a classic 15.6" laptop with a compact footprint thanks to 3 mm bezels on three sides of the display. It is not just a display, but a genuine state-of-the-art OLED panel with 8 million pixels. It may be overkill for a laptop, but no one will complain. At this price point, one can hardly blame the OLED panel for making the Aero 5 more expensive.

The panel is both DisplayHDR 400 True Black and Pantone certified and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. A desktop monitor with these specs would cost about the same as this entire laptop. Of course, thanks to the OLED technology, the pixel response is on par with IPS.

Of course, some would argue that 4K is overkill for a mere RTX 3070 Ti mobile GPU. But thanks to the magic of DLSS upscaling, that is no longer true, and the one slight drawback from the Aero 5 scorebook is that the panel only runs at 60Hz. This makes it unsuitable for serious esports.
