With $500, you can revamp your gaming setup with Black Friday deals.

Congratulations. You've got some cash to spend on Black Friday PC gaming deals (opens in new tab). I won't ask how you got the $500. I am just glad that you can finally reward yourself with something nice. Now that Black Friday sales are in full swing, you may be wondering what to buy. This kind of decision paralysis is totally normal. So let me help you decide what I would spend my money on if it were my hard earned money.

Here you can go one of two routes: some big or many small purchases. Let me show you both options. The obvious choice would be to spend everything on a TV. If you really need a TV, that's fine. But the problem is that you can't get a TV with a refresh rate high enough to take advantage of the GPU. I would buy a nicely sized 1440p monitor and a gaming chair.

Do you need a 1440p monitor instead of 4K Many PC Gamers feel strongly that the best resolution for gaming remains 1440p (opens in new tab). At least, if you are on a budget of this size. Although a bit dated, this 27-inch Razer Predator XB27 monitor is still one of the best 1440p monitors out there, with a 165Hz refresh rate, excellent colors, and is selling for $279 (opens in new tab), about $80 off the new price, the lowest price this year.

Let's face it. We all spend too much time sitting. A quality gaming chair is exactly what we need to take care of our hips, neck, and spine. Especially if you work all day and play games all night in the same chair. A good chair, like any good piece of furniture, is not cheap.

That's why, as a Black Friday project, the Noblechairs Epic Copper Limited Edition gaming chair is available for $199 (opens in new tab). These chairs usually sell for around $400-$500, depending on the retailer. While it doesn't have the gamer flair of a typical gaming chair, it is a very well-made, well-designed chair that gives you all the support you need for day-to-day use.

Let's say you are happy with your current monitor and seat setup. This is your opportunity to upgrade the way you play PC games, and for $500, here are my choices for keyboards, gaming headsets, and other accessories.

I have slowly embraced the wireless lifestyle since setting up my home office. Nothing makes me more anxious than seeing a rat's nest of cables out of the corner of my eye, and the Razer Viper Ultimate is the first product I would buy, currently half price at $75 (opens in a new tab). It has 75 hours of battery life, a 20k DPI sensor, and a small charging dock. It is also fairly lightweight and not overly flashy.

Logitech's G915 Lightspeed SE is the best wireless keyboard. It currently retails for $159. (Open in new tab) Although expensive, I can't imagine using any other keyboard for work or play. It is available in white and black.

On the subject of wireless, the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro wireless is $99 (opens in new tab). It comes in second on our Best Wireless Headsets page, and for good reason. Its sound quality is top notch, thanks to the 50mm TriForce drivers. You won't find a better headset at this price. Trust us, you won't be disappointed.

For the last $250 to $275, it's easy. Get a spare Xbox wireless controller for $40 (opens in new tab). This is also a great time to upgrade your webcam and microphone. Logitech's StreamCam (opens in new tab) is $99 (opens in new tab) and is a good choice for content creators and those who often make video calls. As for microphones, the $119 (opens in new tab) HyperX Quadcast S (opens in new tab) is a great mic and one of my favorites because it looks like a mule lamp.

Also, with the last of my remaining money, I buy this variety box of 60 Pop Tarts for $20 (opens in new tab). This is just my case, and feel free to replace this with your favorite box of breakfast pastries. So, here's how you can upgrade your gaming ecosystem with the $500 you got on Black Friday. See" no more worrying about what to buy. You're welcome.
