Your favorite MMO mouse gets even better!

The Razer Naga series of gaming mice is the absolute most popular series of MMO mice. Consistently topping our Best Gaming Mice list (open in new tab) in its category, it offers great customizable options for those who like to have more buttons at their fingertips, and Razer is proud to announce the Razer Naga V2 Pro and Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed, the latest additions to the Naga lineup, and we are once again ready to be impressed.

The Razer Naga V2 Pro (opens in new tab) is the first of these upcoming MMO champions. With three interchangeable side panels that offer different button combinations, it is going to be incredibly customizable. In other words, by replacing the side panels, which are lined with extra buttons, you can transform the mouse into a simple mouse suitable for FPS and other games. These come in three options, with the MMO option having 12 buttons and the other two having 6 and 2 buttons respectively.

The scroll wheel can also switch between six different modes, including one that can be fully customized in the Razer software. Combining this with the standard buttons, the Naga V2 Pro allows for a total of 19 programmable buttons and 22 controls for all hotkey settings.

Of course, the Razer Naga V2 Pro also boasts the company's latest features, including a Focus Pro 30k optical sensor, mechanical mouse switches that withstand 60 million clicks, HyperSpeed 2.4GHz or Bluetooth connectivity, and an AA The Naga Pro is secretly listed without the built-in battery, weighing in at 95 grams. A high-end mouse, the Razer Naga V2 Pro comes with a pretty strong price tag commensurate with all the buttons. It will be available soon for US$179.99 in the US and A$319.00 or NZ$369.00 in Australia and New Zealand.

It makes a lot of sense, therefore, that Razer is also offering the less expensive Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed (opens in new tab). This mouse cuts down on many of the customization options and saves a lot of money in doing so; for US$99.99, A$179.00, or NZ$209.00, you get a very solid MMO mouse with many of the same features, although you don't get the replaceable side panels If you know you'll be using the 12-button panel constantly, it might be worth saving your money and opting for the Hyperspeed option.

Either way, if the Naga series lives up to its name, both the Pro and Hyperspeed are great options for MMO fans, as long as you don't mind a heavy mouse.
