The Sims 4" can showcase their commitment to "Mass Effect".

The N7 celebration is over, but your Sims don't need to know it, as part of BioWare's annual Mass Effect-related celebration, The Sims 4 is also getting some themed goodies.

The collaboration was announced in a post on BioWare's blog (opens in new tab) that reads, "Several people from BioWare and Maxis, with a shared love for Mass Effect and The Sims 4, got together to create a little something to give to fans of both franchises The item is labeled "The Sims 4". The item will be included free with the base game in an update that will be released on November 17. [They include a black beanie, a black baseball cap, and a black t-shirt. If you want to show your Sims your love and devotion to the sci-fi RPG series, there are also N7 tattoos. And if you love N7, there are Andromeda Initiative logo T-shirts. I'm going to quietly express my disappointment here at the extreme lack of Gallus-themed items. Not even a Gallus Body Pillow (opens in new tab), BioWare?

It's nice to see more crossover items that can be worn in The Sims 4, as many of them are very costume-y, like Star Wars or Final Fantasy 15. Overall, N7 Day was a bit quiet, but there was a little audio surprise in the teaser. One fan, using track duplication and inversion, was able to decipher a secret N7 Day message (opens in new tab) from someone who appears to be Liara T'Soni.
