In honor of the upcoming festive period, let's install this iconic mod that will end horror until 2023 and replace the Left 4 Dead charger with Homer Simpson driving a lilac sedan.

Homer Simpson's Car - Charger (opens in new tab) mod was developed by a Steam user named Minnie Mouse (does Mickey know that Minnie likes horror games?) and has received quite positive reviews on the site. Just watching the clip promoting the mod, Peter Griffin being attacked by a zombie car, is ridiculous.

I haven't played much Left 4 Dead lately, so I'm surprised that this Charger mod is more than one genre. It was inspired by another mod from last November that replaced Homer Simpson with Scooby-Doo's Shaggy on a tractor (opens in new tab). Equally absurd and hilarious, it's up to you which one you want to run screaming from. Just remember to make it seasonal and festive.
