Great deals on 4K gaming TVs make me check my calendar to see if it's Black Friday!

Amazon is not waiting for Black Friday to offer big gaming TVs at pretty good prices: the first is the huge 65-inch Samsung QLED TV for $947 (opens in new tab), and the second is the very popular 55-inch LG evo C2 Series 4K OLED for $1 It's the lowest price ever, at $1,346 (opens in new tab). Both sets are capable of PC and console gaming at 120Hz 4K, so the dream of turning your living room into a PC gaming hub may soon become a reality.

Samsung's Q70A 4K QLED TV is already one of the best 4K gaming TVs available at an affordable $1,399. Now with a $450 discount, it's a practical upgrade if you're looking for a little more living room space.

Its QLED panel offers decent contrast and supports FreeSync VRR and fairly low input lag, so the Q70A works well as both a large-format gaming display and a TV for watching Game of Thrones.

The only real drawback to this TV is that it is a 2021 model, so it will not have access to the Xbox Cloud Gaming streaming app (opens in new tab) and other features available with this year's version. It also has only one HDMI 2.1 port, so you'll need to swap in a 4K/120Hz console or device, or purchase a high-end HDMI switch or receiver. Nevertheless, you get a lot of screen and features for less than $1,000.

The LG C2 OLED, on the other hand, is one of the best gaming TVs you can buy. Normally priced at $1,800, it has been gradually dropping in price since the summer and is currently at an all-time low.

Not only does it have four HDMI 2.1 ports, but it also has an OLED display, which provides color and speed worthy of gaming. This TV also supports 4K resolution at 120 Hz. It also supports Nvidia G-Sync and FreeSync, so variable refresh is possible no matter which GPPU your PC has. I only have experience with the 2020 version of this display, but my friends at Tom's Guide gave this TV a perfect score (opens in new tab). The only thing they didn't like was the lack of a TV tuner, so you have to rely on apps to watch TV.

Both TVs support Google Assistant and Alexa and work well with other smart devices if your home is wired.

Currently, both TVs are still in stock and ready to ship this week, and if you're looking for something a little smaller than 55 inches, don't worry; large retailers like Best Buy, Target, and Walmart are currently carrying large amounts of stock for the shopping season. Expect more deals on gaming TVs and other PC gaming gear.
