PC Gaming Show and Future Game Show return on June 13

PC Gamer is pleased to announce that its annual summer showcase, the PC Gaming Show, will air on June 13.

The PC Gaming Show will be part of an exciting double-header digital show with GamesRadar's Future Games Show. the PC Gaming Show is the largest broadcast event dedicated to PC gaming, and by 2020 the platform 5.9 million viewers overall.

Both events will provide a stage to showcase everything that is happening in the gaming industry, from big titles to small projects.

The PC Gaming Show began in 2015 with the goal of bringing together the various creators and hardware manufacturers that make up the hobby under one roof to shed light on the vibrancy of open gaming platforms. Games featured at the PC Gaming Show to date include Valheim, XCOM 2, Borderlands 3, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord, Warframe, Baldur's Gate 3 and more. Past broadcasts have featured Xbox, Intel, AMD, Oculus VR, Blizzard, and legendary game designers like Warren Spector. For background on the show, see "History of the PC Gaming Show."

The Future Games Show was GamesRadar's flagship digital game showcase that debuted in June 2020 and was hosted by "Uncharted" stars Nolan North and Emily Rose. It was followed by the Future Games Show @Gamescom in August 2020 and the Future Games Show Spring Showcase in March 2021: Future Games Past games featured at the Show include "Assassin's Creed Valhalla," "Back 4 Blood," "Kena: Bridge of Spirits," "The Lord of the Rings: Gollum," "Thief," "Bright Memory Infinite," etc. The Future Games Show worked with over 40 publishers, including Sony, Warner Bros. Games, Ubisoft, and Team17, and received over 45 million views across all events.

Earlier this week, the ESA (Entertainment Software Association) confirmed plans for a free-to-attend digital E3 event from June 12-15. The world's largest video game trade show, usually held in Los Angeles each summer, has been on hiatus since the pandemic began; E3 2021 is Nintendo, Xbox, Capcom, Konami, Ubisoft, Take-Two Interactive, Warner Bros. Games Inc, Koch Media, among others, and aims to "showcase the best that the video game industry has to offer."
