Two new games have been added to the Blizzard Arcade Collection.
[Whatever about Blizzard's pre-Warcraft games, there's at least one thing: they "exist." But when the Blizzard Arcade Collection was released in February, there were two notable absences: the Lost Vikings 2 and RPM Racing. The former was clearly a sequel to the cooperative puzzle platformer "The Lost Vikings," while the latter was a 1991 prequel to "Rock N Roll Racing," also released on the 16-bit system. Both have been added to the Arcade Collection.

Like the other games in the collection, it's nice to get these, although you may have already found another way to play them on your PC. In particular, this free update adds a streamer mode to Rock N Roll Racing, replacing the game's music with a streamer-friendly MIDI version. In addition, four-player local multiplayer is now available.

The update also adds a new Design Documents gallery to the collection.

Unlikely given that it is a licensed game, but unless "The Death and Return of Superman" is added in the future, this collection will probably be about this large; if your nostalgia for Blizzard doesn't go back this far, the upcoming "Diablo 2. : Resurrected" might be of more interest. Tyler has unearthed an early build.
