Immortals Fenyx Rising will deliver its final story DLC this week. Judging from Ubisoft's description, The Lost Gods has more in common with Diablo and Hades than with Zelda Breath of the Wild, for example, with its new "God's Eye" top-down perspective and "Brawler-inspired" combat system.

It also features a new protagonist, Ash. Her mission is to "travel to the new land of Pyrite to find and reunite the gods who left Olympus after quarreling with Zeus. All of these "lost gods," including Poseidon and Hades, must be persuaded to return to the pantheon and restore balance to the world."

More information will be released ahead of the expansion's April 22 release date, but if you are particularly eager, there is already an introductory quest available in the Golden Isle area of the current game. This provides a "preview of the challenges to come" and may be worth checking out, as it will also yield rewards that can be used in the DLC.

DLC or not, Immortals is not the worst way to pass the time. Andy writes in his review that it is "a lively open-world game with a great sense of humor."
