Cheating is taking place on a new map in Call of Duty: Warzone.

It looks like a new glitch that lets you go underground in Call of Duty: Warzone's new Verdansk '84 map and kill or counterattack invisible opponents. A video posted on Reddit yesterday shows how easy it is to get under the map near the airport. Notably, game director Amos Hodge said in a recent interview that Warzone's cheetahs are ruining "some of the best work I've done in my life."

Despite this, reports of glitches under the map have been widely posted on Warzone's Reddit and social media. Affected locations include airports and stadiums, where the problem has been widely reported. There are also scattered reports of movement under the map at train stations, TV stations, and downtown areas.

Also, since players under the map can zip line away, it appears that players who exploit this exploit to get easy kills are able to escape when the closing circle attacks.

The Verdansk '84 map is only a few days old, so it is inevitable that bugs will be discovered. It is not inevitable that people will have to exploit that bug instead of simply telling Activision's QA team.
