Secret Labs Moves Away from Gaming Chairs with First Gaming Desk

Secret Labs is building a desk. It's a gaming desk. If you're not familiar with the concept, let me explain the core elements: black paint, angular styling, and of course RGB lighting; Secretlab's Magnus Metal Desk has many such elements, but the best, according to the company, are The magnetic modular system is designed to take the hassle out of cable management and desk accessories.

Secretlabs is well known for bringing out the best gaming chairs, but it was only a matter of time before a desk would appear; the Magnus is manufactured in-house at Secretlabs and will initially be available in a 1.5m desk width, with a 1.2m model to follow later

Cable management.

For cable management, the rear opening can be hinged to expose a space for a multi-socket plug adapter and for running cables through the rear legs. If you're my type, that's a space to stuff your cables and forget about it; the RGB lighting is under here, too.

For accessories you can't live without and cables that spoil the aesthetic, Secretlab makes good use of the all-metal frame with magnetic accessories. These include headphone hangers, anchors, cable organizers, and sheaths. Basically, there are a lot of magnets in the box.

The Magnus Desk will be available for $449, but will cost more if you want all the accessories to match the desk mat. The built-in desk mat is also magnetic and interchangeable. Accessories range from $13 for a strap to secure cables to $59 for a diffused RGB strip.
