The PC version of "Days Gone" does not support DLSS or ray tracing.

The PC release of "Days Gone" is just a week away, and while it will add support for ultra-wide monitors and more, Bend Studios has revealed that DLSS and ray tracing will not be supported.

The pre-release blog post answers several questions about the upcoming PC release. Some things were already known from the initial announcement, such as the fact that all post-launch content for the PlayStation 4 version will be included, that the frame rate is unlocked, and that ultra-wide monitors will be supported. System requirements were also posted on Steam before the release date was confirmed.

However, there is some new information in the FAQ that I did not know before: in response to a question about DLSS support, Bend Studios wrote that it will not be supported "at this time." This suggests that DLSS support will be added in the future. However, ray tracing is a different story, with a more explicit statement, "Days Gone on PC does not support ray tracing."

However, there are some nice additions, such as a FOV slider with up to 100 degrees and an enhanced version of the game's photo mode with "super resolution capabilities." Bend Studio has also previously boasted about the PC version's improved graphics, and the FAQ neatly describes the customizable graphics options.

Days Gone will be released on Steam on May 18.
