Like many of you, I grew up watching "Teen Titans" on Cartoon Network. Sure, Robin was badass, Raven was chill, and Starfire was cute. But Beast Boy was my brother. That's why I'm glad that A) he's been a part of DC fandom's conscience since his first appearance, and B) he's now morphing into a gorilla-sized skin in Fortnite.

How appropriate, considering that Beast Boy's longtime girlfriend, Raven, has joined the Fortnite world as a Season 6 Battle Pass skin.

Thankfully, you don't have to go through a few hoops to get Beast Boy. Here's how to get Beast Boy in Fortnite

Beast Boy will be available in the Fortnite Item Shop on May 13 at 8 p.m. ET. No word yet on how much his V-bucks will be, but the good news is that he will be coming with a solid cosmetic arrangement.

There's BB's trademark Beast Bat pickaxe, a baseball bat wrapped in green and purple. It's basically an Xbox controller with a pizza tucked into it, which fits Beast Boy's frat boy (but in a good way) spirit.

As expected, Beast Boy has a built-in emote that allows him to transform into a big green gorilla. Personally, I wanted to shoot the guy dressed as a bipedal tiger, but you get what you get in life.

Finally, Beast Boy comes to Fortnite in two costume styles, one a classic teen titan bodysuit and the other a casual hoodie and jeans combination for taking Raven on nature hikes.

If you're feeling a little wild, Beast Boy can be obtained early by winning the upcoming Teen Titans Cup. As in past tournaments, you need to log in at a specific time and earn enough points to get into the top bracket of competitors.

Players who earn at least 8 points will earn a BBRae loading screen showing Raven and BB going for a fun walk in the woods with their animal friends. Those who participate without earning points will earn a new spray of BB and Raven taking selfies. Ugh, I love it.
