General
This CPU liquid cooler also has a fan to cool the M.2 SSD and RAM.

All-in-one CPU coolers come in a variety of designs and sizes, the most common being between 120mm and 360mm; some use 120mm fans, some use larger 140mm fans, some have varying cable lengths, some use RGB lighting, some Some use RGB lighting, some do not. But almost all share a single goal in common: cooling the CPU. InWin's latest BR Series AIO coolers focus primarily on this goal, but are cleverly designed to actively cool the motherboard, RAM, and even M.2 SSDs in one fell swoop

Water blocks.

It attempts to accomplish this by adding a fan to the water block. At first glance, I thought this was to cool the internal pump or to further cool the block and the CPU below it. I was wrong. [The water block's fan is designed to create a rapid airflow towards the UMA (top of the motherboard) and draw air in efficiently to enhance the thermal performance of the VRM, memory, and M.2 SSD," InWin explains.

InWin claims that independent internal testing has shown that the temperature of the VRM (voltage regulator module) drops by more than 20°C with and without the block fan running The point of the VRM is to convert the 12 volts of power supplied by the PC's power supply unit converted to a voltage suitable for the CPU and cleanly supplied to it. A strong VRM setup helps with overclocking.

Besides VRM, InWin says its block fan lowers RAM temperatures by about 24°C and M.2 SSD temperatures by 33°C. SSDs (especially SSD controller chips) operate at lower temperatures, which can cause performance This is because it prevents throttling.

We have not tested the BR Series coolers and are not sure if our own results match or are in the range of InWin's tests. So all we can say for now is that these are bold claims.

InWin offers two models, the BR24 (240mm radiator) and the BR36 (360mm radiator). Both are bundled with InWin's Luna AL120 ARGB high static pressure fan and a pump specifically designed to minimize vibration and noise.

The coolers are compatible with all modern AMD and Intel sockets and come with a 3-year warranty. Pre-orders will be available in Europe starting June 7. The BR36 is priced at €130 and the BR24 at €110, and both will ship between June 17 and 30. Release dates for the U.S. and other regions have not yet been determined.
