In a presentation given today at Sony's "Investor Meeting," "Uncharted 4," previously a PlayStation 4 exclusive, is listed on a slide under the heading "More PC releases planned." Also listed on the slide is "Days Gone," which was released just last week on PC.

The slide titled "New growth vectors" shows PC releases as a way for Sony to increase the return on investment of existing first-party games and "create new fans for our IP."

This is not shocking given that Sony has stated in the past that it plans to offer more games on the PC. However, it appears that Sony leaked this particular PC porting plan in a report to investors prior to the official announcement.

Sony is streaming a State of Play event tomorrow, where the first "Horizon Forbidden West" gameplay will be unveiled. It is possible that the game will be announced there, but this is only speculation.
