Klei, creator of games such as "Don't Starve," "Mark of the Ninja," and "Invisible Inc." holds its annual sale at this time of year; in 2021, Klei will turn its publisher sale into an event called Klei Fest, celebrating all of its To kick off Klei Fest, the deck-building sci-fi roguelike "Griftlands" will close Early Access on June 1.

In Griftlands, you play as one of three space villains on a planet filled with slugmen and dogfolk. The goal is to survive and profit on a world full of bounty hunters and mercenaries, and the battles and negotiations unfold as a card game with different decks.

Klei has proven to be one of the better studios using Early Access with games like "Don't Starve" and "Oxygen Not Included"; "Griftlands" has been in Early Access since 2019, Klei's Kevin Forbes said, "We've added two player characters, dozens of new npcs and bosses, and hundreds of cards.

During Klei Fest, Don't Starve Together will host a limited-time event called "Midsummer Cawnival!" Our survivors will be greeted by the enigmatic Corvus Goodfeather." Klei says." He needs a little help preparing for the festivities for his raven brethren."

Hot Lava will also have a special course, where players will face off against Lord Sludge for rewards that are only available during the event.

The sale begins June 3.
