Koch Media, publisher of "Saints Row," to host Summer Game Fest live stream

Koch Media has announced that it will host its own "Primetime Gaming Stream" on June 11 as part of Geoff Keighley's Summer Game Fest.

Koch Media's name may not be as immediately recognizable as EA or Activision, but as the parent company of Deep Silver, it has the potential to be a big draw at this year's showcase. Nothing has actually been announced yet, but Koch recently signed a publishing deal with Starbreeze for "Payday 3," and Deep Silver recently confirmed that a new "Timesplitters" game is on the way.

Optimists may also have hope for Koch Media CEO Klemens Kundratitz saying that "Dead Island 2" will definitely still happen in 2019, or for a new "Saints Row" game, whose information was leaked in a financial report several years ago. Personally, I'm crossing my fingers (hopefully, but honestly not holding my breath) for a new title on the "Metro" front. Developer 4A Games has confirmed that they are working on a new installment of the series in November 2020, but it would be a very pleasant surprise if nothing has been announced yet.

Koch Media's E3 live stream will begin on June 11 at 12pm PT/3pm ET. The Summer Game Fest series of online events will begin on June 10 and will include showcases from Ubisoft, Microsoft, Bethesda, Steam, and Electronic Arts. summer events including E3 and the return of the PC Gaming Show for more information, see the E3 2021 schedule.
