The community of Elden Ring was reduced to an unvoiced scream.

The Elden Ring subreddit is a strange place. For more than two years since the game was first published, vague leaks, speculation, and thin air have maintained a constant frenzy. Now, thanks to Geoff Keighley and his Summer Game Fest, a nearly three-minute trailer for Elden Ring and a synopsis full of proper nouns (probably part of George R. R. Martin's contribution) are available. It seems that players will be one of the "tainted ones," returning to the exiled "land of the narrows," riding horses and stabbing bosses with great swords. There are at least two deadly swamps.

The post about the public on r/eldenring has gotten so many upvotes that it is now the third most popular post on r/all. Has the fan reaction been positive? No. Most are shouting "LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOO" and "HUMANITY RESTORED."

Mimeralds are quick to address certain elements of the trailer. The carriage being pulled by two giant men in chains is where Jeff Keely is being carried safely home, and the walking pot, whether it turns out to be an enemy like the mimic in "Dark Souls" or simply an innocent wandering piece of animated furniture, is now officially called " Vaseboy" and already has fan art. According to another post, "This place is now a potboy-themed subreddit." Twitter has been very busy.

Elden Ring will be released on January 21, 2022, but we don't know how they plan to handle it.
